Sec. 334.088. DEPOSIT OF TAX REVENUES. Revenue from the tax imposed under this subchapter shall be deposited in the venue project fund of the municipality or county imposing the tax. Added by Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 551, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
