Effective Date of Tax

Sec. 334.408. EFFECTIVE DATE OF TAX. A tax imposed under this subchapter or a change in a tax rate takes effect on the date prescribed by the ordinance or order imposing the tax or changing the rate. Added by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 672, Sec. 1, eff. June 20, 2003.
