Sec. 334.410. DEPOSIT OF TAX REVENUE. Revenue from the tax imposed under this subchapter shall be deposited in the venue project fund of the municipality or county imposing the tax. Added by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 672, Sec. 1, eff. June 20, 2003.
