Sec. 335.106. GENERAL DUTIES. A director or employee shall: (1) be, and give the appearance of being, independent and impartial; (2) place, and give the appearance of placing, the public interest above any private interest in the person's position of public trust; and (3) strive to instill confidence in the integrity of the board and employees.
