Repayment of Organizational Expenses

Sec. 336.030. REPAYMENT OF ORGANIZATIONAL EXPENSES. (a) The district may: (1) pay all costs and expenses necessarily incurred in the creation and organization of the district; and (2) reimburse any person for money advanced for the costs and expenses described by Subdivision (1).
