Sec. 336.051. GOVERNING BODY. A district is governed by a seven-member board of trustees. The board has control over and shall manage the affairs of the district. Added by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 883 (S.B. 1205), Sec. 2, eff. June 17, 2005.
