Vacancy

Sec. 336.055. VACANCY. A vacancy on the board shall be filled by appointment for the remainder of the unexpired term by the governmental entity that appointed the vacating member. Added by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 883 (S.B. 1205), Sec. 2, eff. June 17, 2005.
