Bylaws

Sec. 336.101. BYLAWS. The board may adopt bylaws to govern: (1) the time, place, and manner of conducting board meetings; (2) the powers, duties, and responsibilities of the board's officers and employees; (3) the disbursement of money by a check, draft, or warrant; (4) the appointment and authority of board committees; (5) the keeping of accounts and other records; and (6) any other matter the board considers appropriate.
