Sec. 34.0101. DEFINITIONS. In this subchapter: (1) "Advisory committee" means the Texas Energy Fund Advisory Committee. (2) "Fund" means the Texas energy fund established by Section 49-q, Article III, Texas Constitution. (3) "Trust company" means the Texas Treasury Safekeeping Trust Company.
