Sec. 34.017. SPECIAL MINERAL FUNDS. Special funds are created in the State Treasury to be known as the "(appropriate department, board, or agency) special mineral fund." Acts 1977, 65th Leg., p. 2395, ch. 871, art. I, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1977.
