Sec. 341.061. TOILET FACILITIES. An operator, manager, or superintendent of a public building, schoolhouse, theater, filling station, tourist court, bus station, or tavern shall provide and maintain sanitary toilet accommodations. Acts 1989, 71st Leg., ch. 678, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1989.
