Sec. 341.062. PUBLIC BUILDINGS. A public building constructed after September 4, 1945, shall incorporate the heating, ventilation, plumbing, and screening features necessary to protect the public health and safety. Acts 1989, 71st Leg., ch. 678, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1989.
