Sec. 341.081. AUTHORITY OF HOME-RULE MUNICIPALITIES NOT AFFECTED. This chapter prescribes the minimum requirements of sanitation and health protection in this state and does not affect a home-rule municipality's authority to enact: (1) more stringent ordinances in matters relating to this chapter; or (2) an ordinance under: (A) Section 5, Article XI, Texas Constitution; or (B) Section 51.072 or 590.0001, Local Government Code.
