Sec. 341.610. RULEMAKING. The finance commission may adopt rules on the commissioner's recommendation to promote a fair and orderly administration of the fund consistent with the purposes of this subchapter. Added by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 1104 (H.B. 10), Sec. 9, eff. June 19, 2009.
