Sec. 341.901. WATCHMEN IN TYPE A GENERAL-LAW MUNICIPALITY. The governing body of a Type A general-law municipality may appoint watchmen and prescribe their powers and duties. Acts 1987, 70th Leg., ch. 149, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1987.
