Sec. 342.052. BRIDGE OR FERRY COMPANY'S INCORPORATION STATEMENT. The articles of incorporation of a company organized to erect a bridge or operate a ferry must state the body of water that the bridge or ferry is to cross. Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
