Sec. 342.101. LICENSE REQUIREMENT. A person may not operate a ferry for hire unless the person holds a license to operate the ferry issued under this chapter. Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
