Sec. 342.301. LIABILITY OF BRIDGE OR FERRY OWNER. The owner of a toll bridge or ferry for hire is liable for damage caused by neglect, delay, or insufficiency of the bridge or ferry boat. Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
