Sec. 344.201. FISCAL YEAR. (a) The board shall establish the fiscal year for the district, and the district shall operate on the basis of that year. (b) The fiscal year may not be changed more than once in a 24-month period. Added by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1295, Sec. 1, eff. June 1, 2001.
