Sec. 345.073. PREPAYMENT OF CONTRACT. A retail buyer may prepay the unpaid time balance of a retail installment contract in full at any time before the contract's final due date. Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1008, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
