Sec. 345.077. REINSTATEMENT OF CONTRACT. After a demand for payment in full under a retail installment contract, the retail buyer and holder may agree to reinstate the contract and may amend the contract under Section 345.070. Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1008, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
