Sec. 347.056. AUTHORITY OF CONSUMER CREDIT COMMISSIONER RELATING TO A CREDIT DOCUMENT. Except as provided by Section 347.004(a), the commissioner may not require the inclusion of any specific language or a disclosure on a credit document that is not expressly required by: (1) this chapter; or (2) a regulation of the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency.
