Sec. 347.101. ADJUSTABLE RATE. A credit transaction may provide for an adjustable interest rate or time price differential in accordance with this subchapter. Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1008, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
