Disclosure If More Than One Consumer

Sec. 347.454. DISCLOSURE IF MORE THAN ONE CONSUMER. In a credit transaction involving more than one consumer, the creditor is required to give the disclosures required by this chapter to only one of the consumers. Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1008, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
