Prepayment of Contract

Sec. 348.118. PREPAYMENT OF CONTRACT. A retail buyer may prepay a retail installment contract in full at any time before maturity. This section prevails over a conflicting provision of the contract. Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1008, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
