Sec. 348.406. RECEIPT FOR CASH PAYMENT. A holder of a retail installment contract shall give the retail buyer a written receipt for each cash payment. Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1008, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
