Sec. 3503.008. APPLICABILITY OF STATE REGULATORY AUTHORITY. The authority is subject to the regulatory authority of the state, including any state agency, to the same extent as a municipal corporation. Added by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 729 (H.B. 2019), Sec. 1.02, eff. April 1, 2007.
