Sec. 3503.055. OFFICERS. (a) The board shall elect from among its membership a president and a vice president. (b) The vice president shall preside in the absence of the president. Added by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 729 (H.B. 2019), Sec. 1.02, eff. April 1, 2007.
