Sec. 3503.252. ASSETS TO COUNTY. On dissolution, any remaining assets of the authority shall be conveyed or transferred to Bowie County. Added by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 729 (H.B. 2019), Sec. 1.02, eff. April 1, 2007.
