Sec. 351.002. JAIL STANDARDS. The jail standards prescribed by this subchapter are minimum standards for county jails. Each county jail must comply with the minimum standards and the rules and procedures of the Commission on Jail Standards. Acts 1987, 70th Leg., ch. 149, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1987.
