Recovery of Certain Expenses

Sec. 351.153. RECOVERY OF CERTAIN EXPENSES. On proof satisfactory to the court, a personal representative of an estate is entitled to all necessary and reasonable expenses incurred by the representative in: (1) collecting or attempting to collect a claim or debt owed to the estate; or (2) recovering or attempting to recover property to which the estate has a title or claim.
