Establishment

Sec. 351.181. ESTABLISHMENT. The commissioners court of a county may establish a county correctional center after receiving the written consent of the sheriff. A sheriff may not unreasonably withhold consent under this subsection. Added by Acts 1989, 71st Leg., ch. 785, Sec. 3.03, eff. Sept. 1, 1989.
