Sec. 351.402. IMPERSONATION PROHIBITED. A person may not: (1) impersonate an optometrist or therapeutic optometrist or falsely assume another name; or (2) buy, sell, or fraudulently obtain an optometry diploma, an optometry or therapeutic optometry license, or a record of registration, or aid or abet in that purchase, sale, or acquisition.
