Reissuance of License After Revocation

Sec. 351.505. REISSUANCE OF LICENSE AFTER REVOCATION. (a) A person whose license has been revoked: (1) may not apply for reissuance under Subsection (b) before the first anniversary of the date of revocation; and (2) must apply in any manner required by the board. (b) On application, the board may reissue a license to practice optometry or therapeutic optometry to a person whose license has been revoked. Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
