Contract Payment

Sec. 352.055. CONTRACT PAYMENT. The commission shall base payment under a contract for vocational rehabilitation services on outcome-based performance standards defined in the contract. Added by Acts 2015, 84th Leg., R.S., Ch. 1138 (S.B. 208), Sec. 25, eff. September 1, 2015.
