Court'S Action On Claim

Sec. 355.055. COURT'S ACTION ON CLAIM. The court shall: (1) act on each claim that has been allowed and entered on the claim docket for a period of 10 days either approving the claim wholly or partly or disapproving the claim; and (2) concurrently classify the claim.
