Jury May Take Charge

Art. 36.18. JURY MAY TAKE CHARGE. The jury may take to their jury room the charges given by the court after the same have been filed. They shall not be permitted to take with them any charge or part thereof which the court has refused to give. Acts 1965, 59th Leg., vol. 2, p. 317, ch. 722.
