Sec. 36.314. UNCLAIMED PROPERTY. After completion of the liquidation, any unclaimed property remaining in the hands of the receiver shall be tendered to the comptroller as provided by Chapter 74, Property Code. Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1008, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
