Sec. 363.061. COMMISSION RULES; APPROVAL OF REGIONAL AND LOCAL SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT PLANS. (a) The commission shall adopt rules relating to regional and local solid waste management plans, including procedures for review and criteria for approval of those plans. (b) The commission by rule shall require as criteria for approval of a regional or local solid waste management plan that the plan reflect consideration of the preference of municipal solid waste management methods under Section 361.022 (Solid Waste Disposal Act).
