Sec. 363.091. MUNICIPAL SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT PLANNING FUND. (a) The municipal solid waste management planning fund is in the state treasury. (b) In addition to money appropriated by the legislature, money received from other sources, including money received under contracts or agreements entered into under Section 363.116, shall be deposited to the credit of the planning fund.
