Sec. 363.138. BOND SALE AND EXCHANGE. (a) A public agency may sell bonds at a public or private sale at a price and on terms determined by the governing body. (b) The public agency may exchange its bonds for property or an interest in property that its governing body considers necessary or convenient to carry out this chapter.
