Sec. 363.157. PROPERTY TO BE USED IN ADMINISTRATION. The board may lease or acquire in another manner facilities, equipment, or other property for the sole purpose of administering the district. Added by Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 23.03(a), eff. July 1, 1997.
