Sec. 364.036. AUTHORITY TO PROVIDE DISPOSAL SERVICES TO MORE THAN ONE PERSON. A contract or group of contracts under this chapter may provide that: (1) a county may render concurrently to more than one person services relating to the construction or operation of all or part of a solid waste disposal system; and (2) the cost of the services will be allocated among the several persons as determined by the contract or group of contracts.
