Sec. 364.056. REFUNDING OF BONDS. A county may refund bonds issued under this chapter on terms and conditions and bearing the rate of interest prescribed by the commissioners court. Acts 1989, 71st Leg., ch. 678, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1989.
