Sec. 365.033. SALE OF BONDS. The district may sell bonds under this chapter in the manner, at public or private sale, and for the prices that the district's governing body determines is in the district's best interest. Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
