Promotion of Toll Roads

Sec. 366.181. PROMOTION OF TOLL ROADS. An authority may promote the use of its turnpike projects by appropriate means, including advertising or marketing as the authority determines appropriate. Added by Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1171, Sec. 7.24, eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
