Board Vote On County Request

Sec. 366.2575. BOARD VOTE ON COUNTY REQUEST. On request of the commissioners court of a county of an authority, the board shall vote on whether to build a project that the county requests. Added by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 264 (S.B. 792), Sec. 9.09, eff. June 11, 2007.
