Sec. 367.015. SALE OF BONDS OR NOTES. A municipality may sell bonds or notes issued under this subchapter in the manner and on the terms provided by the ordinance authorizing the issuance of the bonds or notes. Added by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 227, Sec. 25, eff. Sept. 1, 1999.
