Sec. 368.001. REGULATORY PROGRAM. The commissioners court of a county may establish a program regulating transporters of grease trap, sand trap, and septic waste. Acts 1989, 71st Leg., ch. 678, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1989.
