Sec. 37.013. PRACTICE OF OCCUPATION. A license or registration holder must engage in the business, occupation, or profession governed by the license or registration according to applicable laws and commission rules and orders. Added by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 880, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 2001.
